It's fun but 2 rides were not working and also snow was so little. Food options aree basic - junk. I think it's okay for small kids as one off

Fantastic afternoon in Winter Wonderland. Not rushed at all through the winder wonderland. Santa knows the children’s names which a special touch. Followed by dinner in the Lodge where a special festive menu very appetising. Lisa in the Lodge looked after us excellently snd all the elves in the winter wonderland snd Santa are brilliant

We visited when it just opened and had the whole place to ourselves which was brilliant as we did everything that we wanted to and had so much fun, the team there were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The selection of rides and attractions fit a wide age group with some minimum height and weight which means little ones can’t do them all. We spent over 2 hours there. We also took our own hats and water proof gloves as we read the ones from there were not gori enough but all the items supplied keep us dry and warm. We would definitely go back again if we visited Abu Dhabi.

We had fun there is small coffee shop inside so you have the chance to take your coffee or snack in iced weather also there is a playground area

It’s a nice indoor snow park. We had lots of fun we where one of the first people of the day it was super quiet so more time to go on al the slides. Al the staff where super friendly. We had a little warm up time in “the lodge” the food is nice. We had the feeling we where really in the natural snow. The warm gear rental is included in the price also the fleece gloves we paid for the upgraded waterproof gloves. Afterwards you can keep the gloves. The photo’s they took the photoshopped ones where really bad. And overpriced. But we had fun that’s all that matters.
