• Tickets are valid for single-day entry only
• Re-entry is not permitted once you exit
• Penguin Cove operates on fixed time slots; late arrivals may not be accommodated

• Children under 15 years must be accompanied by an adult (15+)
• Children under 2 years enter free (Penguin Cove excluded)
• Penguin Cove is not suitable for pregnant guests
