Getting there
Dubai Dolphinarium, Creek Park Gate 1, Umm Hurair 2 St., Dubai. Indoor and air-conditioned. Creek Park entry (AED 5 per person, NOL card, collected by Dubai Municipality) is not included in the ticket. Allow extra time to walk from Gate 1 and check in 10 minutes before your session.

Dubai Dolphinarium is located inside Creek Park. Every visitor must pay:
- AED 5 per person via NOL card
- Each guest must have their own NOL card with min. AED 5 balance
- This fee is collected by Dubai Municipality (not included in your ticket)

Meet and Greet sessions run daily at 12:20, 12:40, 3:10, 3:30, 3:50 and 5:20 PM. Majestic Swim sessions run daily at 10:20 AM, 1:20 PM and 4:20 PM. Check in at least 10 minutes before your session.
The Meet and Greet is for ages 5 and up, and the Majestic Swim is for ages 8 and up for confident swimmers. A paying adult aged 18 or over must join children aged 5–11 (Meet and Greet) or 8–11 (Swim) in the pool. The swim has a weight limit of 110 kg.
The Meet and Greet lasts about 10 minutes with up to 3 activities with the dolphins in the shallow pool. The Majestic Swim lasts about 20 minutes with up to 5 activities. Both include a drink, a photo or video copy and a wetsuit for use during the session.
Tickets are final sale and non-refundable. A reschedule request needs at least 48 hours notice and approval. Up to 2 companions can watch, and extra companions pay AED 50. Pregnant guests cannot enter the pool.
Dubai Dolphinarium is inside Creek Park at Gate 1, Umm Hurair 2 St., Dubai. Enter through Gate 1 and check in at the ticket counter 10 minutes before your session. Creek Park charges its own entry fee (AED 5 per person on a NOL card), which is not included in your ticket.
Bring your own swimwear and a towel. The dolphinarium provides wetsuits for paying guests, and you wear your swimwear under the wetsuit. Remove jewelry, watches and sunglasses before the session. Each guest signs a liability waiver before the session; an adult signs for a guest aged 11 or under.
Pregnant guests cannot enter the pool, and the trainer may cancel a session without refund if a medical risk is not declared. Majestic Swim needs a confident swimmer and a maximum weight of 110 kg. Meet and Greet is from age 5; Swim from age 8, and a paying adult must be in the pool with children under 12.
Tickets are for the date and session you choose. They are non-refundable and non-transferable, and the dolphinarium may refuse a change if you cannot arrive on time. Check in 10 minutes before your session.
