Staff were efficient and friendly. Whole thing very slick and professional. Amazing experience very safe. Do the 360 video add on. In Marina mall find Waitrose then go down the escalator one level at the side for the desk in the car park. You finish the zipline by the cafe just opposite it.

Smooth Process from check in all the way to when you disembark. Friendly and patient staff. The guys at the starting point (Amwaj) coordinated very well and were very detailed. Enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend XLine.
X Line Dubai was one of my favourite experiences in Dubai! Staff welcomed us so friendly, with humour. Smooth journey to the zip line and reassured the whole time. The zip line itself was unbelievable, such a great thing to do. Video quality amazing so I can remember this great opportunity forever.
Booking online and check in was really smooth. Taken by van to the ‘launch’ site at Amraj. View from the platform is stunning. Getting you ready to zip is efficient and in no time you are flying through the air! Fantastic experience.
It was the best experience! I wasn’t sure if the price would be worth it, but it definitely was! I would go back in a second. The crew is very professional, very friendly and is able to put you at ease if needed. The preparations are well organised and efficient. You don’t have to have a care in the world, just enjoy the ride!
This is a fun and unusual thing to do while in Dubai. While the rest of my family (with two teens) was super excited, I was terrified, especially when we stepped out onto the platform all those floors up. The team did a great job however at calming me down and encouraging me not to back out. And I ended up loving it - it’s an amazing feeling. Highly recommended for a thrill seeking family.
