Das Musical Grease war einfach großartig – mitreißend, bunt und voller Energie. Die Sängerinnen und Sänger waren hervorragend, mit tollen Stimmen und viel Bühnenpräsenz. Auch die Inszenierung und das Bühnenbild waren beeindruckend. Ein wirklich gelungener Abend in einer wunderschönen Location!

Watching La Bayadère at Dubai Opera was an unforgettable experience for my wife and me. The venue is stunning, modern yet preserving the antique charm you’d expect from a classic opera house. Its central location near the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall makes it easy to get to, and once inside, you’re instantly transported into a world of elegance and artistry. Our seats in the middle rows gave us a perfect view of the performance, allowing us to take in every graceful movement. A higher seat might have offered a better view of the musicians, but it didn’t take away from the magic on stage. The ballet ran just under three hours, with a 20-minute intermission, enough time to stretch and soak in the atmosphere. The free drink that came with our tickets was a nice bonus. Yes, the tickets were pricey, but every moment made it worth it. And the parking was complimentary. From the breathtaking set design to the flawless performances, it was a night to remember. Genuinely this performance made me want to attend all of their following relevant events of this sort.

The eerie set design and haunting orchestration created an immersive atmosphere, while the cast delivered intense and gripping performances. Sweeney Todd and Mrs. Lovett’s chemistry was captivating, balancing suspense with macabre wit. The orchestra brought Sondheim’s brilliant score to life, making every moment unforgettable. A chilling, thrilling masterpiece that left the audience in awe—an absolute must-see.

This is a spectacular venue in the heart of Downtown Dubai. There is not a bad seat in the venue and all seating is very comfortable. There are a wide variety of shows on throughout the year, primarily in winter, with something for all ages and tastes. We went for singing in the rain, Whig h was a top quality production. There are multiple bars inside the venue, offering alcoholic and sift beverages which you can take into the arena and a rooftop restaurant/ bar.

Giselle a Ballet performed by the Polish National Ballet was showing for only two nights at the Dubai Opera so I took the opportunity to book this and a pre-show "Classic" package which was very well priced and started off an amazing experience to the Dubai Opera. Shown to the a private lounge on arrival and welcomed with glass of champagne on arrival, a private sofa and table in the VIP lounge as well as a tray of canapes to enjoy before the show. If booking at the Dubai Opera again, I would definitely book the Classic package again, 75 DHs extra was great value to start the evening off and feel special!
