Policy for Aquaventure Water Park Super Pass with Transfer
- Cancellation of excursions is carried out every day from 9.00 to 18.00
- If the excursion is cancelled 72 hours before its start, the refund is 100% of the cost of the excursion.
- If the excursion is cancelled 49 - 71 hours before its start, the refund is 50% of the cost of the excursion.
- If the excursion is cancelled less than 48 hours before its start, the cost of the excursion is non-refundable
- If there is a medical report from a doctor, the refund amount is 100% for the participant with a medical report (in case of illness of a child under 18 years old, a refund is also made to one of the parents or elder participants)
- When canceling an excursion that includes tickets to Helicopter or Hot Air balloon or Yachts rental, the cost of the excursion is non-refundable.
- In case the excursion includes individual parts or is going to be provided individually the refund should be considered individually by central office in accordance to costs actually incurred.
- If guests are absent for more than 15 minutes after the appointed pick-up time, the excursion cost is non-refundable, however, the guests can reschedule the date excursions (subject to an additional payment).
- In case of a preliminary date change, the subsequent cancellation of the excursion with a refund is not possible.
When paying for excursions to a ruble account, refunds are only made in cash in case of cancellation. Maximum amount can be refund 50%

- 7 years and above will be considered as an adult and charged an adult rate
