Get up close and personal with one of the ocean’s most intelligent and friendly creatures during the Dolphin Meet & Greet at Atlantis, The Palm. This shallow-water experience is perfect for all ages and swimming abilities, offering heartwarming dolphin moments without stepping into deep water.

Aquaventure Waterpark is a shallow water facility. Please enter all pools and attractions feet first for your safety. Diving is not permitted anywhere in the resort
Lifejackets are available at different locations around the Waterpark. Ask a lifeguard for assistance
For the enjoyment of all guests, queue-jumping or saving a place in the queue is strictly prohibited. Guests who violate this policy may be asked to leave Aquaventure Waterpark. Guests may not exit a queue and return to the same position for any reason. For those looking to skip the queues, we recommend purchasing an AquaXpress fast pass for the day
Lifejackets are required for all swimmers under 48” / 1.2m and recommended for weak or inexperienced swimmers of all ages
All swimmers under 48”/1.2m should be kept within arms reach of a responsible adult whenever in the water
Trident Tower: All riders must be a minimum of 1.2 metres (48”) tall to ride
Vortex and Immortal Falls: Recommended for strong swimmers only
Tower of Neptune: All riders must be a minimum of 1.2 metres (48”) tall to ride
Tower of Poseidon: All riders must be a minimum of 1.2m metres (48”) tall to ride Poseidon’s Revenge and Slitherine. For Zoomerango and Aquaconda, riders must be a minimum of 1.07 metres (42’’). Children from 1.07metres (42’’) to 1.2m (48’’) are required to be accompanied by an adult
Selfie Sticks, Handheld Go Pro, and/or action cameras are not allowed on any slides
Mobile phones are only allowed if safely secured in a waterproof neck pouch, they are not allowed on Vortex body slide
Shoes and Aqua Socks with thick and/or rubber soles are not allowed on the slides
To avoid injury to yourself and others please walk at all times and do not run
Intoxicated guests will be refused entry to Aquaventure Waterpark
The lifeguard staff is present for your safety, please follow the safety instructions of the lifeguard staff at all times or risk injury to yourself or others. Improper conduct, unruly behaviour and horseplay are not permitted and will result in your removal from the attraction and/or property
Children should be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Lifeguards are present for the safety of all guests but there is no substitute for the constant supervision of your children and others you are responsible for
Eyeglasses and jewellery should be removed before riding. Aquaventure Waterpark is not responsible for lost items, staff are not permitted to hold personal property. Please use the lockers to store your belongings
Aquaventure Waterpark attractions are body active, participatory activities. You should be a strong swimmer to participate. As with any such activity, there are risks of injury. Overturning and/or collisions are possible while riding. Grasp the tube handles firmly and be careful to avoid other riders. Please observe each attraction in advance and decide if it is safe to participate. You are the best judge of your and those under your supervision’s abilities and limitations. Aquaventure Waterpark cannot be responsible for injuries or accidents
Aquaventure Waterpark attractions are not recommended for expectant mothers, persons with a history of neck, back, joint or heart problems, or persons overweight or with physically limiting conditions. Guests with injuries (casts, bandages, etc) or contagious diseases are not permitted at the attractions
Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Swim nappies/diapers are available in all gift shops
Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times. Management reserves the right to deny any guest in inappropriate swimwear
Acceptable swimwear: one-piece/two-piece swimsuit, speedo, rash guard, board shorts and burkini
Unacceptable swimwear: abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing and sheer/see-through items or other material deemed inappropriate
We request that Aquaventure Waterpark guests observe and respect cultural sensitivities which relate to this part of the world
Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware or alcohol into Aquaventure Waterpark
Aquaventure Waterpark reserves the right to inspect all bags for any such items
The management of Aquaventure Waterpark reserves the right to interpret these guidelines based on the unique circumstances of any given situation. Further, any issues not specifically referenced by these guidelines will be handled in the best interests of all affected parties
