- All Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
- If Cancellation is made within 72 hours of your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your account within 7 working days.
- Under 2 years and 11 months will be considered as infants and entry will be free of cost
- Between 3 to 8 years will be considered as child and child rate applies

Burj Going up the Burj Khalifa is a Must Do, while in Dubai. Investing in the VIP experience was well worth the extra money to skip the lines, have a less-crowded visit, and enjoy some drinks and food during the visit. The service was exceptional, and the views were superb. It was well a great time!

Vey easy process to get to the top. Helpful staff. Lovely lounges with great view over city. Afternoon tea was plentiful, very dainty morsels, a glass of wine included. More if you paid for it. No hurry to leave, enough seats for everyone.

A well choreographed support and assistance by the staff to take you to the top of the tallest tower. An experience! You will be served with some delicious snacks and non alcoholic beverages. You shall view the colourful city landscape and sparkling towers around the Burj.

This is a spectacular building and worthy the visit, the views are amazing and you can see all the way up and down Dubai. It is a lot the expensive to got to the lounge at the Top; however if you can stretch to it definitely worth doing for the lounge drinks and canapés and just relaxing and looking out from various windows along with the outside viewing deck. Also doing it this way there is no people getting in your way as everyone is just going at their own pace. On the way down you stop at the Level 148 Viewing area and then again the 125 level viewing area which were extremely busy so for me if you are going to only do it once go all the way to the Top.

Awesome experience! I love the no line and special treatment you receive on this tour. Three hours on top of the world! Definitely book to the 154th floor. I would highly recommend this tour.

When you see the length of the queues for and the number of people on level 125 you realise that the extra cost of skip the queue tickets and the fewer numbers on levels 152-154 is worth it, if you can afford it. However, even getting to the very highest levels involves some queues and short waiting to get into the lifts. Far too many people are squeezed into the lifts for what is a short but uncomfortable trip. Also better video communications of the story of the construction of the tower for the queues would help pass the time waiting.

When I booked this tour I didn’t even realize everything I’d be receiving as a part of the package. We were able to skip past probably over a 3 hour line, got premium lounge access and unfettered views from the top of the building. We were served delicious coffee and snacks throughout the experience. 100% worth the cost. Visited with my mom and we both had a great time!!
