When booking your helicopter tour, please review the following important guidelines to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience.
 

✅ Check-In Requirements

• Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 45 minutes before your flight.
• ID Required: Bring your original passport or valid Emirates ID.
• Passenger Details: Provide your exact weight and mobile number at the time of booking for safety and operational planning.
• Dress Code: Wear light, comfortable clothing. Scarves, hats, and loose accessories are not allowed.
   

🎒 Items Allowed Onboard

• Only sunglasses, smartphones, and compact cameras are permitted onboard.
• Complimentary secure lockers are available to store personal belongings at the lounge.
• Selfie sticks, tripods, and tablets are not permitted inside the helicopter.
   

🚫 Passengers Who Cannot Fly

For safety reasons, the following passengers are not allowed to fly:

• Pregnant women over 32 weeks (must provide medical clearance if between 28–32 weeks)
• Children under 2 years of age
• Passengers with serious heart conditions
• Anyone who has had major surgery recently or has a mobility-limiting disability that cannot be accommodated
   

⚠️ Children 2 years and older are charged the full adult rate and will occupy their own seat.

⚖️ Weight & Seating Policy

• Maximum weight per passenger is 110 kg. Passengers over this limit may need to purchase an additional seat for balance and safety.
• Seating arrangements are determined by total passenger weight distribution.
• Each flight accommodates up to 6 passengers. Seat preferences cannot be guaranteed.

• All guests must pass through security checks as per GCAA aviation regulations.
• No bags or luggage are allowed onboard.
• Photo-taking is permitted only inside the helicopter. Photography is restricted while walking to and from the helipad.
   

📸 Your experience includes a professional photo in front of the helicopter, available for purchase after the flight.

☁️ Weather & Visibility

• Flights may operate in low visibility but are subject to cancellation in extreme weather conditions.
• If your flight is cancelled due to weather or technical reasons, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
