The Dhow cruise berthing location will be shared with you at the time of reservation, and you will get the contact details of the Dhow staff and the customer support team.
We suggest arriving ahead of time to avoid unnecessary delays.
Request for the baby chair is available at the Dhow upon availability. Please consult the representative accordingly to submit your request.
Dress code: It is your choice, formal or casual dress, but see that you are adequately covered. Wear what you wish for a memorable trip to make snaps and keep the beautiful memory with you. Keep a jacket handy during winter, however.
Winter clothes such as sweaters and jackets may be needed for the months of November to February
Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for an alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

- All cancellations are made 6 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
- If cancellation is made within 6 hours of your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned to your account within 7 working days.
- Under 4 years will be considered as infants and entry will be free of cost.
- Between 3 to 11.99 years will be considered as child and child rate applies.
- 12 years and above will be considered as an adult and charged an adult rate.
