- Cancellations made under 36 hours prior to scheduled flight departure: Not eligible for refund.
- Under 4 years and 11 months will be considered as infants, and entry will be not permitted.
- Age 5 to 15 years and 11 months will be considered as child and charged child rate (must be accompanied by a parent or guardian).
