The View at The Palm sits on Level 52 of The Palm Tower, 240 metres above Palm Jumeirah. From here you see the full palm-tree shape of the island, the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai Marina skyline, in one 360° sweep.
A prime hours ticket gets you in during the late afternoon and early evening (3:30 PM – 6:30 PM), when the light turns gold, the sea sparkles and the sun drops behind the Gulf. It's the busiest and most photographed time at The View, and the one most visitors want.

Timings
- Prime hours entry: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM, daily
- Time needed: about 1 to 1.5 hours
- Sunset tip: arrive about 45 minutes before sunset so you're on the deck for golden hour. Sunset in Dubai is around 5:30–6:15 PM from October to February, and later in summer.
How to use your ticket
- After booking, you'll receive your mobile ticket by email straight away.
- Go to The View at The Palm ticket counter on Level 1 of Nakheel Mall (follow the signs to The View).
- Show your mobile ticket, pass the security check and take the lift up to Level 52.
Good to know
- Your entry time is fixed to the prime-hours window; you can't enter outside it.
- Sunset is the busiest time of day, so allow extra time for the lift queue.
- Weather and haze can affect visibility; sunset views are best on clear days.
- Ages 3 to 12 pay the child rate; under 3 enter free; 13 and above pay the adult rate.
