Due to health and safety regulations, entry to Snow Abu Dhabi is not permitted for children under the age of 2.
To ensure the safety of our younger guests, children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or older.
For the utmost safety, guests under 13 years old are required to wear helmets.
Drift’s Downhill Run and Snow Hare’s Bunny Hill have a minimum height restriction of 0.9m and maximum height restriction of 1.2m.
The Crystal Carousel and Polar Express have a minimum height restriction of 1.05m. Riders below 1.05m must be accompanied by an adult.
The Tree Slide has a minimum height restriction of 1.1m.
Ice & Floe’s Bumper Tubes has a minimum height restriction of 1.2m.
The Flight of the Snowy Owl has a height restriction of 1.2-2.0m and weight restriction of 30-120kg.
The Troll Bowl has a minimum height restriction of 1.25m.
Graupel’s Summit Escape and Ice & Floe’s Toboggan Race have a height restriction of 1.25-2.0m and weight restriction of 40-100kg.

Warm clothing, gloves, and waterproof boots are essential to stay comfortable in the snowy environment. If you don’t have winter gear, the park offers rental clothing and accessories to ensure you’re fully prepared for the cold.
Policy for Snow Abu Dhabi
- All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
- All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time 50% charges will be applicable.
- If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
Under 2 years is not allowed.
Ages 2 to 13 years and 11 months will be considered as child and charged child rate.
Above age 14 will be considered as an adult and charged an adult rate.

It's fun but 2 rides were not working and also snow was so little. Food options aree basic - junk. I think it's okay for small kids as one off

Fantastic afternoon in Winter Wonderland. Not rushed at all through the winder wonderland. Santa knows the children’s names which a special touch. Followed by dinner in the Lodge where a special festive menu very appetising. Lisa in the Lodge looked after us excellently snd all the elves in the winter wonderland snd Santa are brilliant

We visited when it just opened and had the whole place to ourselves which was brilliant as we did everything that we wanted to and had so much fun, the team there were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The selection of rides and attractions fit a wide age group with some minimum height and weight which means little ones can’t do them all. We spent over 2 hours there. We also took our own hats and water proof gloves as we read the ones from there were not gori enough but all the items supplied keep us dry and warm. We would definitely go back again if we visited Abu Dhabi.

We had fun there is small coffee shop inside so you have the chance to take your coffee or snack in iced weather also there is a playground area

It’s a nice indoor snow park. We had lots of fun we where one of the first people of the day it was super quiet so more time to go on al the slides. Al the staff where super friendly. We had a little warm up time in “the lodge” the food is nice. We had the feeling we where really in the natural snow. The warm gear rental is included in the price also the fleece gloves we paid for the upgraded waterproof gloves. Afterwards you can keep the gloves. The photo’s they took the photoshopped ones where really bad. And overpriced. But we had fun that’s all that matters.
