Really fun, we had a great time with the kids at the Snow Park. We went in the middle of the day on a weekday and there were no lines or crowds at all, which was awesome and the staff was great and the temperature was perfect. A couple of notes are that kids under 125 cm can't do the Zorb Ball, drive the bumper cars on their own, or do one of the tubing rides, so keep that in mind if traveling with smaller kids. Also, we walked in without booking in advance and they weren't able to accommodate us for a group skiing lesson for a child. We went for the Snow Park, so it didn't bother us too much, but would recommend contacting them in advance for bookings if skiing and lessons are important for you. We also met the penguins which was very cool, but note that they don't let you use phones or take pictures in there as they try to sell you the professional photographer photos, so if you're hoping for a photo op be prepared to pay them extra for that.

Fantastic experience especially with the penguins, the host was great too. Ski facilities very good. Instructor really good and polite. Good offer with emirates too but shame you can’t book - walk in only. Only negative was it took weeks to get my pics that we paid a lot of money for as the code didn’t work and no one was responsive at the photo kiosk. Once finally complaining to ski Dubai they did get them sorted but it shouldn’t have taken so long as so much times of contacting them.

Passare dal deserto con 45° a piste da sci indoor a -4° è fenomenale. A Dubai puoi fare tutte le attività che voi. All'interno è enorme con varie piste dalla nera a quella per principianti ed in più vari giochi da fare per chi non ha mai sciato. Curato nei minimi dettagli, personale gentilissimo.

Wow, The snow park itself and staff was amazing. It was fantastic from start to finish. It offers an incredible indoor skiing experience in the heart of the desert. Meeting penguins was like a dream come true Reasonable value for money Definitely worth a Visit. I love every minute of it. Wants to be there again.

Amazing experience so well organised every member of stafffriendly and helpful Food delicious and hot great choice but the stand out is the adorable penguins and the bond with the handler Mark who was so friendly and shared his amazing knowledge The guide who greeted us was friendly with great humour and the food servers were so helpful love the hot chocolate in a edible cup Thank you all for memories we will treasure

We visited Ski Dubai with the Snow Premium Pass and had an amazing time! The pass included access to all main attractions — the snow park, chairlift, snow tubing, zorbing, snow bumpers, and the unforgettable penguin encounter. Meeting the penguins up close was definitely a highlight! It’s a great experience for families and kids. Tip: Bring a hat or earmuffs to cover your ears – it gets really cold and buying them onsite can be pricey. Pack waterproof gloves if you have them, especially if you plan to enjoy all the snow activities.
