Whether you're a skiing pro or a beginner, this snowy retreat offers an exciting range of activities, from skiing and snowboarding to tobogganing and interacting with adorable penguins. With temperatures kept at a constant -4°C, Ski Dubai is the perfect escape to enjoy real snow, thrilling slopes, and family-friendly fun in the heart of Dubai.

Our patrollers are here for your safety. Please follow their advice and guidance to avoid accidents and be sure to take on a ski challenge equal to your skill level.
Avoid rides that are too challenging for you. For example, the chairlift may not be appropriate for those afraid of heights, and those who don’t like confined spaces should avoid the giant ball.
Watch your step. Don’t run in the snow. Some parts can be slippery and cause a painful fall.
Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
All guests under 13 years old and those using freestyle facilities must wear helmets.
To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height, and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg
Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.
Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
Refrain from throwing snow as it is sharp and could harm others if thrown hard enough.
Appropriate winter clothing is required for entry into Ski Dubai
In addition to our already stringent sanitization standards, we have put in place enhanced measures to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees. We are using fogging machines to disinfect large areas and our staff are cleaning and sanitizing surfaces after every guest interaction, paying particular attention to high touch points such as counters, POS, and payment terminals.
As an added precaution, it is now mandatory for employees and guests to wear a face mask. We have also introduced new measures to ensure that physical distancing is maintained throughout the guest’s journey.
