While going for any water sports activity with us, you will always be wearing a life jacket, and on top of that, our instructor is here to take care of you in case of any issues, so we have it all under control as long as you also followed the guidelines
We recommend you wear light clothing for more comfort. However, there are no restrictions on the choice of swimwear. You can wear any type of bathing suit, rash guards, shorts, swim trunks, or any other clothes that are made of light texture and are comfortable
An experienced Seabreacher instructor will be escorting the guest throughout the tour. They will be instructed and guided to assure their safety and ensure that the company safety policy is strictly followed. Failing to follow instructors will render the guest responsible for all legal obligations and outcomes
Our Flyboard instructor will explain to you how to fly and within minutes, you’ll be enjoying this unique, pleasurable feeling!
We will be providing you with the lockers for your belongings
Customers who are renting games are all insured by the company for any emergency, however, each guest performs the game at their own risk
Yes, free parking is available inside the Hotel premises in P&O Marina area in Jumeirah
No show; if you fail to turn up about an hour for the tour or the activity, no refunds in part or full can be provided. The same condition applies in the case of unused tickets. Rescheduling can be done only once in case of bad weather in compliance with United Arab Emirates Coast Guard rules and regulations

The Flyboard is a thrilling water sport that allows participants to soar above the water using a jet-powered board attached to a watercraft. The experience includes a brief training session with a certified instructor who teaches you the basics of balancing, steering, and controlling the Flyboard’s water propulsion. Once ready, you’ll be able to rise above the water, hover, and even perform spins and dives, all while enjoying views of the surrounding waterfront. The Flyboard experience is designed to be both exhilarating and safe, providing an unforgettable adventure for thrill-seekers.
No prior experience is required to try Flyboarding, as each session starts with a brief orientation and training from a professional instructor. Most beginners are able to get the hang of basic movements within 5 to 10 minutes. The instructor provides guidance and tips throughout the session to help you gain confidence and improve your control over the Flyboard. With a little practice, many first-time users are able to balance, rise above the water, and perform basic maneuvers by the end of the session.
Yes, for safety reasons, Flyboarding typically has certain restrictions. Participants are usually required to be at least 12 years old, and there may be a minimum weight requirement of around 45 kg (99 pounds) and a maximum weight limit of approximately 120 kg (265 pounds). Flyboarding may not be suitable for individuals with certain health conditions, such as heart issues, back problems, or severe fear of heights. It’s recommended to check with the tour provider for specific requirements and discuss any medical conditions beforehand.

- All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
- If Cancellation is made within 24 hours of your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
- If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your account within 45 working day
- The minimum allowed age is 14 years old

I had an amazing experience with the Hydro Team at Centara Mirage. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their service was smooth, safe, and very well organized from start to finish. They made sure my family felt comfortable, especially with the kids, and explained everything clearly before we started. The team’s positive energy and patience truly made the activity unforgettable. A big thank you to the entire Hydro crew — you guys made our day! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Centara Mirage.

Fantastic jet ski experience on palm island in Dubai. At Atlantis check in go see Said at the resort booking point. He will take care of everything. We did double jet ski for 4 people (2 kids). We had a blast. Very professional and on time. Organized and clearly marked.

This is one of the best experiences ive ever done. Mr adel made my godmother so welcome while she watched me tick this off my bucket list and mahesh the instructor was, well quite frankly amazing. So patient so considerate he was the best. Would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone. This is the company to choose.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Awesome Experience I had an incredible time with Hydro Water Sports in Dubai! I tried the Hydro Flyboard activity, and it was an unforgettable experience. The instructor Ramita was absolutely excellent, very patient, professional, and encouraging throughout the session. He made sure I felt comfortable and confident on the board. The photographer Hussin did an amazing job capturing every moment great photos and videos that perfectly summed up the excitement of the day. Everything was well-organized, safe, and a lot of fun. Highly recommend Hydro Water Sports for anyone looking to try something new and thrilling in Dubai. No complaints at all—just a perfect experience!

We did flyboard with Jerry at Hydro Watersports. My 2 children had good fun and its amazing. Ali Assist really well and The supervisor Ibrahim provide good support and really good price. Thank you Hydro Watersports at Centara Mirage
