- Dolphinarium show ticket does not include the entry fee to Creek Park — there is a separate AED 5 per-person fee charged by Dubai Municipality.

- Regular seating for shows is on a “first come, first served” (free seating) basis. Seat allocation for regular seats is at Dubai Dolphinarium’s full discretion.
- Guests are requested to arrive at least 45 minutes before showtime.
- The ticket purchase is valid only for the booked show — there is a “NO REFUND / NO TRANSFER” policy.
- The Dolphinarium reserves the right to refuse entry or eject individuals for inappropriate behavior without refund or explanation.
Days of operation and show times: The shows are held Monday to Saturday (Closed on Tuesday). - Exotic Bird Show Timings - 12:15 PM, 3:15 PM & 7:15 PM.
Arrive at Dubai Dolphinarium located within Creek Park and complete park entry formalities before showtime.
Guests are advised to reach at least 45 minutes early to access the park and secure seating, as regular seating is on a free-seating (First come first serve) basis.
