At over 900 feet in length (274 meters), the Dubai Fountain is situated on the 30-acre (120,000 m2) Burj Lake and performs to a selection of different melodies.

Meeting point:
Tickets need to be collected before your intended visit time from the At the Top Burj Khalifa ticketing counter, located at LG Level, The Dubai Mall, in front of the Food Hall.
Once you have exchanged your ticket, follow the signs to the "Dubai Fountains." Once you're outside, look for the "Lake Ride" sign and enter the ticket kiosk in front of the Wafi Gourmet restaurant.

Children aged 4 and under are not allowed in this experience. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Please carry your own raincoat as you might get wet during this experience.
This tour is not accessible via wheelchairs.

How To Use Your Tickets
You will receive an email with your Dubai Fountain Boardwalk ticket voucher in a short time. You need to print the same.
Please present the tickets at the At The Top counters located in Dubai Mall or Fountain Promenade counter or the Burj Park counter 10 minutes before your experience is scheduled.
Validity
Your tickets are valid only for the day and time that you’ve booked the experience.
