Dubai Dolphinarium is located inside Creek Park. Every visitor must pay:
- AED 5 per person via NOL card
- Each guest must have their own NOL card with min. AED 5 balance
- This fee is collected by Dubai Municipality (not included in your ticket)

- Arrive 20–30 minutes before your dolphin interaction session
- Swimwear is required (wetsuit provided by Dolphinarium)
- No jewelry, watches, sunglasses, or accessories in water
- Only parents/guardians may accompany children under 12
- Towels are not provided (bring your own)
- No personal cameras allowed inside the pool area
- Photography with dolphins is taken by staff (paid add-ons available)
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
